I placed an order to be delivered on Saturday to my mom and my future mother in law for mother's day. When I placed the order, I felt assured that the flowers would be delivered and that they would call me if they had any questions. On Sunday I called both moms to wish them a happy mother's day (I live about 20 driving hours away) - to find out that the flowers were not delivered! I was furious to say the least.When I called on Monday (shop is closed on Sunday), they were rude and argued with me. They said that they called my moms and did not recieve a call back. When I asked, only one mom said she received a call. Nevertheless, the florist did not call me to to decide what to do, as Mother's Day is on Sunday and on top of that charged me for both arrangements three days before the delivery date. Needless to say, Mother's day passed by with neither of my moms receiving flowers.A refund is nothing but a easy solution to horrible service.
