Beware!! Very deceptive and dishonest business practices!!
I requested a service call for our septic system due to the alarm going off. I asked ahead of time what the charges would be. I was told; $75.00 service call fee and $35.00/hr after that. The next day I received a call that the technician was on his way. An hour later, 2 young men showed up. One was obviously being trained by the other. To make a long story fairly short... after about 50 minutes he repaired the switch on our alarm and handed me a bill for $310.00!! $140.00 of that was their hourly rate for 2 men for 2 hours... for a quick job that took 1 man less than 1 hour to do. When I questioned them, I was told that "they always send 2 men just in case the job requires 2 men". And... I had to pay for both men from the time they left their last call.
This was ridiculous as far as I am concerned. If they want to always send out 2 men, that is their prerogative, but I should not have to pay for both of them... and certainly not from the time they left their last call!! I called and asked to speak to the owner. It's been 2 weeks and even after sending an email, I have heard nothing. I will NEVER use these crooks again!!

We had our main line from the house to our septic tank clogged. I called and they were willing to come the same evening, auger the line and get us up and running again. The staff that came were very polite and friendly. Besides being able to run water in the house again, they are VERY reasonably priced! I highly recommend their services and will use them again the next time we have a problem.
