Welcome to Resolve Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation. We are an independently owned and operated outpatient physical therapy facility. Our patient care is strongly aligned with our core values, which is to give every patient the individualized care they expect and deserve. By utilizing the most up to date evidence based treatment approaches, we are able to specialize in a variety of sub-specialties which include the treatment of: Lower back pain, orthopaedic and joint related pain, sports injuries, vestibular and balance deficiencies, auto and work injuries, and much more.
