Never buy any tools name kobalt there no good an the general manager at Lowe's wouldn't change out a aircompresser that the motor burn up on an the date on the compressor is dated 01/06/2016 & today is 12/28/2016 its not old at all an its on a 3yr warranty plus i paid for a extended warranty an he told me that i haft to buy another extended warranty if he even wanted to swap it out an then told me that i world haft to fill out a release form so lowe's wouldn't haft to switch them out again then when i wouldn't go for doing it he calls cops an has us removed with out loading my air compressor back in the truck an the said we couldn't come back to any of the stores ever again poor management and and poor service everyone that see this yall need to black ball lowe's an there tools they never stand behind the store Sikeston Missour

I have been in this store 5 times in the last month & finding someone to help you has been my biggest problem they seem to all scatter or they don't know anything about the product you are asking about. The last trip in there I asked for a trailer hitch ball for my pick up. I was purchasing a number of things & didn't look at the ticket for a couple of days. The young man knew I was wanting a cheap one as I was only going to use it to haul the one item I was purchasing that day at his store. He gave me the most expensive one in the store for $26 as opposed to one that I could have purchased for about $5. I was very upset about this since I had just spent over $800 that day in their store & 2 months before $1200. I am seriously thinking about not returning there. I do not like stores that practice these tactics.
