I would not recommend this store to anyone!!! I went there to exchange a bag a of hair for a different color and the woman behind the counter (had to be black) had an attitude saying I didn't know what I was doing and the color isn't going to match. Mind you I have died my hair before and it came out beautifully with the hair extensions. She kept refusing to do anything I asked of her, all the while rolling her eyes and sighing under her breath. After half an hour of arguing with her I finally got what I wanted. It came out great but a few days later the hair I bought from that place kept shedding and falling out and gave me a rash on my neck within a week. Quality hair should not do that!! I finally took it out and went to I SEE Beauty on Willow between LB Blvd and Pacific across from Albertson's. It worked out so much better, price wise too.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BEAUTY SUPPLY. My grandmother and I tried to exchanged 2 bottles of color that I had bought 30 min. earlier and they would not give us the $7 difference because we exchanged it for 1 bottle instead of 2. The two men insisted that they could only give store credit. My grandma explained that she is from Chicago so that was not going to do any good. One of the men became very rude with her and refused to give her the refund. They say it is the policy, but any decent run business gives refunds and exchanges when a receipt is provided, which we had. I live in this community and try to support local businesses, but how can anyone support them when they don't respect the people in the community who support them? This was my first and last visit to this store. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!
