This place is excelent, as you can see the only "complaints" come from a person that is shamelessly posting their new business in an attempt to compete and the other person obviously is on the wrong page because Timeless does not even do hair. I have been going here for a couple years now and they have always taken care of me.

Have loved this place since it was in the old location- my husband gave me a gift certicate years ago, and now always knows what to get me. My girls and my son love the special treatment for facials, massages, etc. One of my daughters has horrible knots in her muscles during sports season and they know how to get all the kninks out. It's so elegant in this spa, you wouldn't know you are in SV. I wish you could remove the comment from Susan, who is obviously uneducated, and can't use grammar correctly. Timeless doesn't offer hair cuts- it's a shame people can post things that aren't correct. This place is so clean you could eat off the floor.

I was very un happy the place smelt like a bathroom dirty and the air campiane is a joke. They dont even give a good hair cut. There is nothing nice about this place. If i was you save your money

I have been going to Lisa since she was over on Hwy 92 at Foothills where she rented space. She has been just so awesome. When she opened the new location on Hwy 90 I was absolutly taken back with the beauty of the spa. The services are awesome. Lisa gives a fantastic facial, Heidi is the best around, including Tucson for pedicures/mancures and the massages....oh my. I have booked an appointment for the daughter and I to both have massages on her birthday...what a treat to look forward too since she has never had one. I book my facials and pedicures well in advance because the gals can sometimes be busy but they do their best to accomodate you. The Spa is gorgeous, fantastic ambience...can't say enough for it, except Sierra Vista is fortunate to have a Spa like Timeless. I would drive from Phoenix to here just for their high quality of service. The Best of the Best.

I have visited this spa for massages, facials, waxing, manicures and pedicures. The staff here is great. They will try their best to accomodate your needs. Prices are competitive with other businesses, but you get what you pay for. Occasional specials which make their services reasonably priced. Highly recommend Heidi for mani and pedi. She's great! If you want one place that does it all, give Brad a call!

My husband gave me an all-day spa treatment there and it was amazing! People were so nice, the Ambiente cozy and clean! The all-day treatment included a Lunch from chillies- I had Scampi on Salad ect. It was served to me after an treatment, I got to sit with a little table in front oif me. Black Linen-cloth, also a blod-red linen-napkin with a beautifukl napkin ring on it and dimmed light and to drink I picked water but could have had Wine. I didn't pick wine because I knew I 'd relax beyond help and would never wanna leave again! They offer a huge variety. As small as the placew is, it's elegant and every treatment is done to perfection! Very clean! The prices are awesome too! I find many spas are way overpriced with thier treatments, in this facility- the price is right for what you get!

The staff is very professional and courtious. The atmosphere is tidy and relaxing, very much what one would expect from a spa. They are usually able to find accomidating times for appointments which add to their customer service.
