I am new to Sierra Vista so I wanted to try this place but for the price I won't be going back. I know this sound minor but we are supposed to get an air fresher and I didn't. The vacuum job was pretty bad. I could have done better with my home vacuum cleaner and I need to go behind them and vacuum now. The rear window was really streaked. For $30 you would think it would be more professionally done. Very disappointed.
Poor management and poor customer service. I took my 1997 Mercedes Benz E420 to the local wash works auto spa to be hand washed. The blower through the automatic portion of the drive-thru blew off the driver's side taillight which was captured on video at the business. No one notified myself or my husband that the taillight blew off during the process. My husband noticed while the employees were hand drying the car, the taillight sitting on the back of the trunk. He immediately went over and asked the gentlemen what happened to the light and one of the employees dropped the light on the ground and broke it. We were referred to a sign when you drive up with small print that says if the car is ten or more years old, owner assumes liability for damages. Understandably so; however, if an employee drops something and breaks it, the employee or the business should assume the liability. The manager said that he would call the business' insurance and after waiting for a week or so, I was called and told that the company's insurance would not pay for the broken taillight. Poor management and I will never frequent nor will I recommend this facility as a reliable place for washing vehicles regardless of the age of the vehicle.

Paid for a hand wash, employee took my money and car was pulled around side for the wash. The owner approached me after about five minutes and said they could not do hand washes at the moment. He asked me to come back later and refunded my money??? What??? Is this how a new business gets customer loyalty?
