Samuel "Soup" Campbell Jr. is an Executive Pastry Chef with over 25 years of experience in pastry arts and restaurant management within five star and five diamond properties which include the Boston Harbor Hotel, The Rittenhouse Hotel of Philadelphia PA, Marriott properties, and Casino Del Sol. An alumni of Johnson and Wales Culinary University in Providence, Rhode Island. Winning Gold in the Culinary Olympics in Frankford, Germany at the age of 18. He has owned and operated a successful catering and entertainment business in the city of Philadelphia, PA for over 15 years. Together, with his wife Jenn, he hopes to share his love of the culinary arts and prepare foods made famous by the Philadelphia, PA food service industry in combination with his vast collection of exceptional Pastry recipes.
