Lived there for a year and a half, and the new managment is extrememly helpful. These are apartments, not energy efficient homes. If i had a problem or a question the manager was able to get back with me as soon as possible. We lived in both styles of apartments and they suited us just fine. Not the ritz carlton but they met our needs. For a 2bdrm/2bth we paid roughly 160 month during the winter. If i ever move back to ohio i will definitely look here first for a rental. They were nice units with a private patio, friendly neighbors, and grass for kids/pets to play on. Also easy walking distance to the stores lol. All in all in my books they were a good place to live.

We stayed in Village West for 6 months. But not being sure of the duration, we signed up for 3 month lease and monthly payment then onwards. During the end of last month, we gave our one month notice. But due to work, we needed to extend our stay few days into the next month. When we asked for the option, they were open for it, but what they forgot to mention that they would not return our deposit. But by the time we got to know about it, we could not do anything but pay for the additional days we stayed as well lose the deposit. Also, there is no central ac or heat. The apartments are not energy efficient. The only pluses I can say, is that you get 3 months or 6 months or 1 yr leases which is convenient. But if you have the lightest doubt that your stay in Sidney may get longer, u can erase this apartment off your list.
