I visited Dude's last year on my way to Colorado to hunt and had the best Prime Rib that I have ever eaten and that is mostly what I order everywhere we eat at. Needless to say, on our trip this year we stopped again and as last year, it is still the best. Later on the same trip, I had probably the worst Prime Rib that I ever had. It was at the Outback Steakhouse in Fort Collins, Colorado. You have the national chains beat all to heck! Now for the bad part of the story (for me). I own a Roadhouse Steakhouse in Clarion, PA and I am sad to say that your Prime Rib is better than mine and it is my #1 selling item on the menu. Keep up the good work. I know that it is highly unlikely, but if there would be a remote chance that I could get the recipe it would be greatly appreciated.
