We visited Arby's while in Sidney for a basketball tournament. What an experience! I went in to order. I gave my order, paid and waited and waited and waited. at least 5 costumers got their order before I did! I asked what was taking so long they acted surprised I was even there, I was standing at the counter, they couldn't see me?? Evidently someone had overlooked my order on the screen. I finally got our food that had by then sit on the warmer all that time. The service people couldn't have cared less!! We went back to motel, tired and hungry, (the motel was 2 blocks away) got out our sandwiches and the bottom bun was hard (maybe from sitting on warmer for so long?) and there was sauce on our sandwiches! We have eaten at Arby's several times and have never had sauce already on the sandwiches. After talking to some of the other guests the next morning at breakfast about our experience we were told that 2 other family's were not satisfied with their service or food!! What's going on???
