This company sells products it obtains through product diversion. They sell brands on Amazon that are supposed to be sold only through professional salons. This type of business practice is hurting the salon industry and should be stopped! I found them selling my product line on Amazon! They are not one of my distributors have no distribution agreement with my company.

SERVICE IS CRAPPY, they will tell you anything just so you can spend money. bought $288 dollar hair, assistants told me that the hair would last long, no tangle, no shed. this hair is shedding like a bitch and tangling up. I called and acknowledged the issue and they tried to make it seem like my fault haven't even had the hair for a week! one star because I had to put a star if I could choose it'd be 0
