dave came to my house to wire my pool he was very polite and explained the job to me.he and steve did a very neat job and they even cleaned up after them selves, i recommend these two to any future customers of gibson electric

WAS a local favorite. I remember when Gibson Electric was a tiny company with 2-3 vehicles. I've actually watched them grow into what they are today. As a repeat & satisfied customer, I called the office at 11:30am to set up an appt for a small job at my home. I was told someone would get in touch with me in a few hours. I'm thinking 2-3 hours...NOT!! 10am the next day, I received a call back. WOW..darn near 24 hours later. This isn't the 1st disappointment I've experienced with them. I guess Gibson no longer needs the "little man" or the "small jobs".. Customer service & a quick customer courtesy call are no longer PRIME. I went elsewhere and will do so going forward. I rate Gibson with ZERO stars. That would been too many.

Mixed feeling.It was easy to make an appointment: I explained the problem (actually talk to a technical person) and scheduled appointment. I was told they charging $125 per hour.Two men came on time (no reminder phone call). One is experienced electrician and another in learning stage. They did the work, were polite and professional. To save time, my son was driving back and forth to Electrical supply store for the parts needed. All together they were in my house 3 hour and 15 minutes. They billed me for 4 hours. Nobody wormed me that they rounding up the time!It a lot of money at $125 per hour. On top of that I got charged $8 for Fuel Surcharge. And this is when Gas prices $1.49 per gallon!I do not like surprises that cost me extra $100. When they installed transformer that they supplied, they did not put a cover on it. I asked, and was told that they will put it in. They left - NO cover! I called the office and now I have another appointmen...

Arrived on time - excellent service - no hidden charges - will recommend to all family/friends

They gentlemen that they had sent to my house were great. They even called me before my scheduled time to say that they would be there in a short while
