Great salon (and spa too) with friendly & knowledgable staff trained by Edward Tricomi & Joel Warren. There are several stylists & colorists that travel between The Plaza in NYC & The Grove & they have a great email alert system to keep clients up-to-date with their availability. My ombre is fantastic & I always know my hair is in good hands. The price point is in line with NYC prices but it's worth it, & I get to stay local!
