Stay away from this place. These guys are all about money. They wanted 1550$ for diagnostic on my truck that took 5 hours for some reason,what a joke.Plz stay away if you can.

This company is bottom line driven. Middle to upper management do not understand the customer needs. Thier main concern is the bottom line. From my experience with this company there is a major disconnect between the floor staff and middle to upper management. The company is being drawn in two different directions. The floor staff attempt to help and treat every customer as if they are the only customer, but the management staff looks at the customer in a (how profitable are they) mindset. Which leads to miscommunication and useless bantering. The company motto is" we know trucks ", I believe the management needs some group dynamic, customer service, and leadership training. That way they can change thier motto to "we know customers", and "we know our employees" and become a truly successful business that has an upstanding reputation. Instead of being a bottom line mongor who cares about nothing but numbers and dollar signs.
