Just paid $15,000 for new cabinets....they came in to install countertops, tore back of cabinet and had the audacity to tell me it was "no big deal" ... it's a big deal to me ....DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. ... no professionalism and no care for your property ... I wish there was a way for me to add the pictures I took
1st they cracked my master bathroom granite and told me I had to go back out there(over an hr away) to pick another piece which I did. The next day they installed it in the wrong bathroom and had a completely different piece that I never picked out or even seen for that matter in my master bathroom then very rudely told me that they don't have any record of the piece that I did pick out and that I would have to come back AGAIN to pick out another piece. Never once owning up to the mistakes they made but instead trying to make it like it was my mistake even though I had pictures of everything I chose to prove it and the fact that I went over which granite was going where the last time I was there. After the woman telling me she would look for my piece only to tell me she couldn't find it 2 days later, I drive back up there to find the piece in about 2 mins. Then they refused to do a single thing to make up for the hassle,4hrs of gas and time wasted. I would not recommend this place.
My wife and I purchased kitchen countertops and a backsplash from National Stone, and could not be more pleased with the outcome. From construction of the template to installation of the stone, everyone we came into contact with was entirely professional, and absolutely expert at their profession. Installation of the stone itself went flawlessly, with virtually no dust or construction debris. The two craftsmen who installed the stone coordinated their efforts. When one was was drilling or cutting (and creating a cloud of stone dust in the process), the other was operating a shop vacuum to capture the dust before it could go anywhere! To prepare for the installation, my wife and I had covered most of the furniture in close proximity to the kitchen with sheets (anticipating a lot of dust). We had also closed off two adjoining rooms with sheets. As it turned out, this was entirely unnecessary. The installed stone is beautiful, and the process was painless! Great job guys! 5-stars!
