We were one of the first occupants of their units. Nice apartment. No elevator; you have to use staircase for first and second floor. Kids don't have many options other than parking area to play. School bus will not come to the property; kids will have to wait on Route 9 for school buses. Very good response on maintenance request and you better make request on any wear and tear you see. Otherwise they will make it a point to penalize you when you leave. They always find a way to retain your safety deposit; you are not going to get it back! I thought it was just me; but I heard similar stories from others who moved away from this property. Don't be surprised with huge increase in rent when renewing contract.

Extremely over priced. Rent went up after 1 year $75, after year 2, $125 more per month. Absolutely ridiculous. Master bedroom is freezing. Cold air comes through electrical outlets and comes through windows. For a "new" place, this is not worth the high rent. Also, there are NO amenities here. No pool, no gym, no lounge for residents. It is also noisy. There are better places in the area for lower rent plus amenities. Look elsewhere.

Lived there for on year, starting rent $1250 per month for 1 Bedroom, $1600.00 for 2 Bedroom, increased rent by $65.00 after one year lease on 1 Bedroom, after lease was signed and was out of my old place and had no were else to go they informed me that you have to pay for your own water which on average was $200.00 every 3 months.Apartments are nice but not worth the money. Slow to respond to your needs and requests if they respond at all.
