The complaint made on Mr. Williams is not well grounded. It states This "appraiser" set our house value at $30,000 below the appraisal on file, and even $4000 below the listing price. So that immediately impeaches the previous appraisal as the asking price was well below its value. That complaint sounds like sour grapes.

If you have a choice for an appraiser, DO NOT USE THIS MAN WHATEVER YOU DO!!! We recently bought a home, and since we had a VA loan, we had no choice of appraiser. The home had a month-old appraisal on file, but VA requires their own appraisal. This "appraiser" set our house value at $30,000 below the appraisal on file, and even $4000 below the listing price. We were forced to come up with the $4000 at closing in addition to other fees. In addition to this, he froze funds to the seller because of a sink that "leaked." Even after we had the sink fixed TWICE, once with a video proving the repair had been successful, he refused to label the sink repaired. He was rude, even condescending, to our broker, and even stated to him that "I don't even have to talk to you."He made a day that was supposed to be exciting and happy for our family one filled with stress, worry, embarrassment, and anger.
