I gave them the plans for a 40X75, 3000 sq ft steel building...Out of 13 anchor bolt patterns, only the 4 corners were correct. Follow up and customer service are the worst I've seen in years.Was told that someone would be out to drill and set new anchor bolts..wasted a whole day waiting for someone to show up...no phone call to say otherwise. I left a stern voice mail stating that I would've appreciated a phone call..A return message was left stating that someone would be show around 8am...So far this day is half over and I had to call them to find out if someone was going to show. I am retired military and am used to standards and better customer service..I can place anchor bolts in the wrong place. I thought that people who do this on a daily basis would be able to do it right the first time.
