We have lived here for bout 5 months. At first they said nothing really goes on as far as ruckus and stuff. Well....that changed after we signed a lease. They do enough to cover their hiney far as lawsuits but that's bout it. They are very slow to come out and fix a problem. The maintenance men are very sweet and will do anything asked but the office management is very slow to respond and doesn't seem to give a flip until its something they don't like. We have a freezer outside that we have no room for in the house and we need it. Nothing is in the contract bout it. But we had one days notice to remove it otherwise we would be evicted and charged with the rest of the years rent

i living in this parking lot around 6 years, and the people in the office are very rude, all the time they are very angry, if u think u gonna fix any can the problem, you gonna comming back with something else.. always Mrs lynn and kimberly (daughter) are very unrespectull.. they dont care, to care the people to living there at all.. i hope one day Pines Crest Village change for smart and friendly people to really care about the people..

Lived at 6700 Jefferson Paige Rd in Shreveport.

We stayed for a while then paid in advance and left the site for 1 month on vacation. They rented out our site while we were gone. On return they told us it was a simple mistake on their part and we could have no refund because a different site was available for the other tenants. Talked to the tenants later and found their other site was not ready, (no electric). The manager, Lynn, he told us if we didn't like it, we could find another place to live.... I hate people who do business like that. They have no ethics.
