Definitely the go-to repair in northern Louisiana for Apple products. Don't waste your time with the apple repair folks in Ruston. These guys in Shreveport know what time sensitive mean and know how to repair apple products. They've done wonders with my old dinosaur G-4, IMac and PowerBook computers. That's 3 visits with 3 different computers. Thanks guys!

If you got a problem, yo, they'll solve it. No, seriously, they will. The folks at Maccentric know their stuff. And give you some lagniappe, like replacing the keyboard cover since Apple was discontinuing the MacBook. I don't feel comfortable taking my laptop anywhere else.

Kudos to Thomas with Maccentric! After many issues with my MacBook's hard drive crashing and operating system issues, Thomas has my computer back up and running like a champ! My life is on that computer and I now have everything back in working order. I would recommend Maccentric's service above EVER going to the Genius Bar. I bought a laptop from someone I know and they had brought the laptop to Maccentric to have the hard drive cleared and Maccentric erased everything, including the operating system. I brought it back to them to load an operating system on it and they wanted to charge me over $150 to load something that should come with every computer. I argued with them and finally had to get the person I purchased the computer from to make them put the operating system back on the computer. I will never use them again. In fact I had a display go out on my imac and drove to Dallas for repairs. Maccentric is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. Avoid them at all cost.

Maccentric is they only place in town to take your mac!!!! Thomas is a true professional but treats everyone like a friend. He has kept my 6 year old Mac Book running like a charm!! I have had the opportunity to seek service from the great folks at Maccentric on a couple of occasions. Both times, my expectations were exceeded- they provide courteous service with a quick turnaround. They are thorough, communicate well with their customers, and make sure that your issues are addressed. In both situations, the laptops I brought in for repair needed uncommon parts not readily stocked at Maccentric (or most any Apple Store for that matter). However, the needed parts were ordered by the staff and ready to install by the following MORNING. You can't beat that! Until I discovered Maccentric, my only option was a 2.5 hour drive to an Apple Store in Dallas, now, just a 5 minute drive gets me the same great service from even friendlier people. Go see them if your Apple product needs a little TLC.

MacCentric is a great service provider. Took in my MacBook for some upgrades. The work was done quickly and was very affordable. The team not only upgraded the hardware I requested, but also repaired and cleaned the body. I've sent several friends to MacCentric and all of them have had the same great service. If you live in the Ark-La-Tex and have an Apple product test needs service then take it on over to Thomas and the gang at MacCentric.

I work in the IT industry for a local clinic. We are implementing Mac units now almost on a daily basis and I will say that Maccentric has far exceed my expectations for help and assistance when I call. Thomas and crew know their products well. Brought my MacBook Pro charger in and they supposedly ordered me a new one. The new one was actually refurbished and worked for a day. I called and told them what happened and they actually had the nerve to tell me that something was wrong with my laptop and not the charger. They wanted me to bring them my laptop so they could take a look. I knew they were trying to rip me off. I bought a brand new charger instead of going thru Apple service and haven't had a problem since. DON'T USE THIS COMPANY. There was not an ounce of professionalism or integrity with these people.

Total ripoff. I brought the computer in to be repaired and all they did was send it off to apple to have them repair it and charged me $150 on top of the cost of the apple repair. These guys don't care about anything but fleecing their customers.
