Run! I only lived in a jwh property for 2 months before we had to move. The manager seemed pleasant enough, but when we started finding issues in the home he did a complete 180. We brought it to his attention that the home had mold in the vents, that doors wouldn't close, that the plug outlets and lights on one half of the home wouldn't work, a plug outlet right above the kitchen sink with no grounding unit and an electrical box directly under the sinks pipe with exposed wiring. He said he wouldn't fix it or even look at it and was very slow to have his maintainance look at something as small as a light as well as many other problems. Our AC didnt work properly the entire time. We were always very polite and cordial, but when we brought things to his attention he told us to" grow up, that it wasn't a perfect house and that we could either deal with it or he would evict us for voicing our complaints." This is by far the worst rental property management I have ever seen and would never wish it upon anyone. Our neighbor also explained that at least 4 other people had moved in and immediately moved away for the same reason. This management runs their properties like a slum lord; doesn't care about it's tenants or the safety or comfort of the home. Save yourself the headache and money.

I rented a house on 7-29-2014 the house was not ready and your workers was partying gettin drunk and high with my neighbors i took the keys back to Vicki and she claimed that you do not refund money even if i just sign da lease and have not moved in! i been tryin to get my money back since july 29,2014 she refused to give it back i got pictures of the house and what they claimed they fixed i turned keys back into her she brought the keys bk august 27,2014 she claim house was finished i moved in to find out only one plug works and windows still not fixed saw dust n grit all ova floor and room light not working! she says i owe her 200 on rent and im just moving in i feel like i got ripped off slumlords is what this company is!

On july 24,2014 i sign a lease with this company for a house at 3854 Flora Ave Shreveport louisianna 71109! As soon as i gave the lady the money rent and deposit i go into the house to see d that the house was not suitable or ready for move in i called the lady back she didnt want to give me my money back she said the owner dont do refunds and i havent even moved in! she say the maintance workers was gnna fix it afta a week waitin i turned the keys back into her office requested my money bk again she said the owner will not give money back at all! the workers was next dooor gettin drunk and high with they neighbors! she told me she was gnna have them fix my house she turned my keys to my sister house August 27,2014 now she sayin i owe her 200 for september rent and im just moving in the house she say she dont care what happened to my 475 rent and i havent moved in! this is not a good place to rent from she say the owner will file eviction notice on me and my house is still not fixed
