Jims south thay are wonderful had a problem and the people went out of there way to fix it.thanks guys!

No matter how many times I have used Jim's South they have always been so nice and I never have to wait very long to be taken care of and on my way. They have even helped me when I had a problem with a tire, they fixed it and didn't charge me a thing. I would highly recommend them.

They are always helpful. And very speedy.

I have been using jim south cooper tires for over 15 years and have never had to wait nor have had a problem with any of their work or tires. I would highly urge anyone who needs tires to go to any of their 3 locations.

I cannot remember a time, when doing business with "Jim's South, on Bert Kouns, that it was not an enjoyable experience. I , most of the time, leave with more money left in my pocket, than I thought I would. Everyone from the front office to the work bays, will always "bend over backwards" to help you and answer any "dumb" questions,I might ask. My "Favorite" is Mr. John McCarty at the Bert Kouns store. He is outstanding, when it comes to knowledge of tires, front-ends and general needs and repair of your total vehicle. I could go on & on, but it would sound like I worked for "Jim's" and I do not!
