My elderly mother and long time customer of this place just had a horrible experience.As she was having her nails done the business had a plumbing issue that filled my motherspurse with several inches of water. The water soaked everything in her purse and ruined her phone. The manager and owner would do nothing to help replace her phone and treated her with total disrespect. Their dumb decision has already cost them 5 regular customers from my family. To treat anyone much less elderly people like this showsme what kind of people operate this business. Sad

When I went to Hollywood Nails, I got manicure and a pedicure. The manicure was great. The polish looks great, and it's actually one of the best fingernail painting I've had. The pedicure on the other hand (which was done by a different person than the manicure), was horrible. The skin on my feet is as rough as it was when I walked in the door, and the polish job is horrible. I suggest removing any previous nail polish before stepping foot into Hollywood nails because they do a horrible job at removing it. I have lime green peeking out from under my new pink polish. I won't even go into how ugly my toenails look, because it'll make my blood pressure rise. I basically paid nearly 40 dollars for a pedicure that did absolutely nothing for me. In fact, I'm about to take off the polish from my toes and give myself my own pedicure as soon

Best place ever!!!

NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!!!! This place doesn't care if you have an appointment, they still make you wait! And then when you don't tip them because they don't deserve it, they go around the whole salon showing everyone! RIDICULOUS!! I made an appointment at 4:45 and did not start getting my pedicure until 5:30 or later...and did not leave until 6:30 and that's because I was rushing them to hurry! I felt like I was being held against my will! If you want to have a peaceful, relaxing salon experience, DO NOT COME HERE!!!
