Blake N. Thornton, M.D. Dr. Blake N. Thornton began his practice at the Ear, Nose & Throat Center in July of 2015. He is proud to practice alongside his father, Robert S. Thornton, M.D. Dr. Thornton was born in Shreveport, LA and is married with three beautiful daughters.
