Established in 1997, Grace Home is a residential community that caters to the needs of senior citizens. Its facility spreads across an area of more than 18,000 square feet and has over 15 private and family rooms. The community includes a chapel for meditation and features a homelike environment. Grace Home provides treatment for patients with terminal illnesses. The community offers a range of hospice care, nursing and support services. It is managed and operated by CHRISTUS Schumpert St. Mary Place, which is a part of the CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System. The nonprofit system employs nearly 4,200 staff members. It is owned by CHRISTUS Health.
