CHRISTUS Schumpert Health System is a Catholic, nonprofit health care network owned and operated by CHRISTUS Health of Dallas. It provides medical services to the residents of northwest Louisiana, southwest Arkansas and east Texas. Its areas of specialty include behavioral medicine, cardiovascular services, oncology, orthopedic and neurological services, primary care medicine, surgical services and women's and children's services. The network s hospitals include St Mary Place, Highland, Bossier and Line Avenue. It also operates primary care clinics, a foundation, an occupational health system, a community residential hospice, a wound center, cancer center and family-oriented wellness centers.
