I have always found the staff helpful and eager to please. I have dealt with this store many times and will go back as long as they are so convenient. In my book, knowledge is a virtue and these people are virtuous.
Every time I have been to best buy on Youree Dr. over the past few years it is evident that the employee's work on no ZERO ZIP NAADAA commission. I get it it's "best buy" but this should not be an excuse that the store policy is we can give sorry service motto. That verbiage chosen so that it is as nicely put as I can. Really have the Manager go through a new training class and change the attitude to Best Service. I hope that when I go to the store today I am proven wrong, I was in Houston and bought a MacBook and the service was so great that I had to pinch myself and look at the logo to make sure that I was in the same store yep it was a Best Buy and the sells staff we so helpful backing it up with a friendly face. The manager must have been to a different class than the one teaching here in the Shreveport Bossier City area. So with crossed fingers and a smile on my face i'll be looking forward and we will see if the attitude has changed since 4 months ago. I will come & write.
