The Auto Service Dept. is a BIG disappointment. Last few times we've taken our cars there for oil changes they have tightened the oil pan bolt too tight. Therefor my husband could not change the oil himself. Just brought it in 5/5/13 for another oil change. They could not loosen the bolt either. Next thing I know they are filing a claim and I had to wait. Had no idea what the deal was. Mind you I told them from day 1 that my husband always has this issue with them. A young male employee told another mechanic that "bay 1" did the last change (they found it under my husbands cell ph#). I asked what that meant, they said the guy who changed my oil was let go because of many of these mistakes.. Claims dept. calls to advise that my husband is responsible and they will do nothing since he went under the car. Now I am a very honest person and fair is fair. I called the store mgr to give them an opportunity to do what is right. NO HELP! Disgusted! Not spending my $ at Walmart anymore!!
