  The Lawrence Lofts project was completed in April 2012 with W.G. Clark Construction.  The development is 163,795 total square feet and consists of 131 residential units and retail spaces.  Unity Electric handled the complete design build for the electrical, fire alarm and low voltage systems.

Renewable Energy

• Wind Turbines
  Unity Electric is proud to announce a successful project on the Hatchet Ridge wind farm located in the western edge of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. The project contains 44 wind turbines with a total generation of 101.2 MW, enough power for 44,000 average sized California homes. The recently completed wind farm has an agreement with Pacific Gas and Electric to purchase 100% of its output for the next 15 years. The 80-meter tall turbines are expected to continue producing electricity for five to 15 years beyond that.
