Provided by YPmobileI had an AMAZING experience here! Everyone was really great. My husband and I had financial problems so our credit is shot, but thanks to Ron we found a GREAT car! A 2008 Mitsubishi Eclipse in SUPERB condition! Other places were worried about taking us, but we're so glad Richs Car Corner helped us out! We definitely recommend this place!!

Provided by YP.comIt was through an advertisement for a fairly priced Honda Civic 1999 that I first learned about “Rich’s Car Corner” (RCC). I was glad to see that the vehicle’s Carfax was available on their website demonstrating complete transparent about the car’s history.
I went over to RCC to test drive the Civic but unfortunately the car had a deposit on it already. The sales guy, Ron, told me I could test drive a different car and so I test drove an older Honda Civic. Although it was less of a car than what I wanted to buy, I must admit that it was also appropriately priced for less. Once Ron understood that I was only interested in a Honda Civic with low mileage in the 4K-6K range, he didn’t continue pushing other cars on me. Instead, he told me that new Hondas would probably be coming in at the end of the week and gave me his card.
At the end of the week, Ron called me about a Honda that was slightly newer than what I had in mind. He said he was willing to knock off some of the price for me over the phone. When I saw the car, it was so new on the lot that it hadn’t really been prepped or advertised yet. I test drove it and loved it. Ron told me I could keep the car overnight, take it to a mechanic in the morning and then bring it back. The car tested fine at the mechanic except for some minor discrepancies.
The biggest problem to me was that the car only had one set of keys and it wouldn’t open the driver’s door. Ron assured me that I could buy the car and a locksmith would come over to my house and the cost of the repair would be included in the car’s price. I bought the car and was relieved that no last minute surprise charges (other than tax and titling) were added to the tag price. A few days later, the key problem was fixed indeed by a traveling locksmith.
Overall, I would rate RCC and the salesman Ron fairly high. They were extremely upfront and they seemed to pay attention to my needs rather than just push on me what they wanted to sell (like most used car dealers). Being able to hold the car overnight on a Friday and research a mechanic of my own that was open on Saturday was a real benefit (RCC is in Shoreline and I live in Central Seattle!). Without this kind of flexibility, I would definitely never have felt comfortable and ready enough to be able to buy the car.

Provided by YPmobileI bought a car for $6200 from richs and it lasted only a couple weeks and a couple hundred miles before it broke down completely and I had to have it towed back to them. I got the run around for weeks trying to figure out what was even wrong with my car, where it was at, ect. Ron oak the salesman told me there was no manager I could speak to when he didn't have answers for me and that the owner was out of town for a few weeks....suspicious...got an icky feeling from him and just wanted my money back. The deal changes every time I talked to him or the other guy glen. Was first given only the name of a repair shop I could not find online or in The book. Finally got a number and a diagnosis, I NEEDED A NEW TRansmisson! I was told I would get a 3yr 36000 ml warranty from the shop but glen from richs said no only a 1 yr.....suspicious...again. Really feel robbed by this place and like they are the stereotypical used car saleman and dealerships you hear about. Just want myomere back they can have their car!

Provided by YP.comWOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL I KNOW!!!
Before I wrote this review I went and read some of the reviews that other folks had written. Let me tell you I was very surprised at what I was reading, most of the negative stuff was how the cars went bad AFTER they were sold. Did any of those reviewers pay for an independent inspection prior to purchasing the vehicle?? It is a used car lot after all….
On to my review….
I just purchased a 2006 Hyundai from Rich's Car Corner, let me tell you I couldn't be happier or pleased. It was by far the most pleasant buying experience I have ever had. We had found the car online, and called to ensure it was still on the lot. Our salesman was Jim, we went the next day and he and my Father spoke about the car and Jim was upfront in telling us that their shop had repaired it when they received it. We took the car to Firestone for an independent inspection and it came up with a few issues, nothing major, one of which was a check engine light that they would not check unless I shelled out another $100.00. Went back to Rich's and spoke to Jim, they not only hooked the car up to the computer to find out what the signal was, they also had their mechanic take a further look at the car to know exactly what was wrong. We left that day and said that we would come back the next day so that the mechanic could get the part and fix the minor issue.
The next day after the mechanic was finished we test drove the vehicle a lot to ensure that any doubt we had about the power and the vehicle itself was erased. During all of this there was NEVER any sales pressure from Jim. He and my father spoke like two normal people, not like a salesman salivating for a sale and customer wanting to get a good deal. It was refreshing.
At the end of it all, the vehicle was purchased with the knowledge that Jim and Rich's Car Corner had done everything in their power to make us feel comfortable with the deal that we had made.
Thank you so much for a wonderful car buying experience, you definitely have new loyal customers!!!

Provided by YP.comI have bought 4 cars from Rich's Car Corner. These guys are legit. They know how to find good cars and sell them at an affordable rate. I will keep going back over and over. Quick story: I just recently bought a car from Rich's and unfortunately the same day I bought the car, it was stolen. Fortunately the police recovered it quickly, but in the meantime while I was in limbo, Rich's gave me a loaner car to use until my car was recovered. WOW. NO other used car dealership would do this. These guys are family and car hobbyists. They sell cars to support their love for restoring old classic cars. They are not out to get you, or sell you lemons. They want to help people get into the right car. I recommend checking Rich’s online site first before you go in to buy. The online prices are usually $500-$1,000 less than the sticker price. So shop smart. Don't waste your time. These guys reward you for knowing what you want when you get there. Call ahead and they will even get your financing pre-approved. Bad credit or no credit, they will work with you.
