STAY AWAY. DO NOT LET YOUR INSURANCE USE THEM. DO NOT TURN OVER YOUR KEY TO THEM. ASK YOUR INSURANCE TO CALL SOMEONE ELSE. WAIT WITH YOUR CAR FOR HOURS UNTIL THE NEXT COMPANY IS CONTACTED. HAVING THEM TOW YOUR CAR IS ONLY GOING TO CAUSE YOU DISTRESS AND FRUSTRATION. THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS.My insurance called them out of necessity only. My car was in an accident and not drivable. This was on 8/5/2017. The towing company said they would release the car on 8/7/2017. The woman was extremely rude, who called at 4pm on Monday (8/7) saying the yard closes at 5pm and I needed to be there to get my belongings out of the car. I work until 5:30. I received a phone call on the 8/8/2017 saying I needed to verbally release the car AGAIN. (I did this on 8/5)Every day this past week, I called my insurance company asking about the progress of my claim. They said they are yet receive any information where my car is so they can send THEIR OWN tow truck to collective car. On Tuesday, they went to 2 of the 4 yards, and they could not locate the car. When my adjuster called them, a woman answered and said "you are the worst adjustor i've ever talked to. No one has ever been this rude to us. EVER." Then hung up on my adjustor. My adjustor is a 50-something year white lady who would blow away in a slight breeze. When I called the tow company (on Friday 8/11/2017) - A man named Jordan picked up the phone and was instantly aggressive he said "We don't talk to car owners, only the insurance company. You're a f*cking punk." Then hung up on me.I called my insurance and they said they've been trying to find the car all week- and that they couldn't get any information from the towing company. I called the towing company again- Jordan answered again. saying "Sh*t, you again. Look. Asking me the same sh*t isn't getting anything f*cking done. HAVE. YOUR. INSURANCE. COMPANY. CALL. ME." (At this point he was imitating an intellectually disabled person- really not cool.) I calmly told him that they have been trying this whole week, and that I would really like my car so I can get going on getting my property back, and the car repaired. He responded "THEN HAVE THEM F*CKING CALL ME!!" "Sir, I talked to them, and they have been calling- they aren't getting any answers from your company." "What. do you want to keep wasting both our time?!?! THEY need to F*CKING call me. Are you stupid?!?!" "Sir, I'm just trying to get my car out of your hands so you don't have to worry about it anymore. Thank you for your time." He scoffed then hung up the phone.I have already made a police report, and I will be taking them to court. This is inexcusable to be verbally abusive to people, to hold their property hostage, to not release it to the insurance company, and all around horrible customer service. In this day, everything is digital- they know where my car is. They are doing this to get more money from the insurance company- and they probably don't have the car in their possession anymore. bollinger Towing in shoreline is awesome! They towed my car to my shop, they arrived in 15 minutes. Adam was kind and caring, having me sit down while he did the work. He drove me home and never rushed me or made me feel like he was doing me a favor. Adam I will request you and I will always call bollinger Towing. Kudos to bollinger Towing!
