I have sampled the cakes at two different weddings. Not only is the food perfect, but the cakes were tailored to the Bride's personalities perfectly. It amazed me how talented this designer is.

Ellie has made unbelievable cakes for every single one of my children's occasions! We have NEVER been disappointed. Not only are her cakes beautiful but they taste like Heaven! AND THEY DELIVER!!! On time, reliable and delish!!!!!!!

The cake tasted great, but I was very disappointed with the look of the cake. It was sloppy and not what Ellie promised. The sugar butterflies she made were poorly and the cake was lopsided. Ellie was unavailable the whole week before our wedding and did not return phone calls. She asked us to give her our cake servers, so we wouldnt have to worry about them on the day of the wedding and they disappeared. When it can time to cut the cake we didnt have them. We had the servers engraved with our names and the wedding date and we still have not gotten them back. Plus she tried to charge us more than we agreed upon in our contract. All in all Ellie was very flighty and unprofessional. The only thing I was pleased with was the taste of the cake. I would not recommend this business to any one!

Ellie Wolfe does an extraordinary job of listening to the cake buyer of their every desire, and does an amazing job of matching a cake with a person. Her cakes are mouth watering scrumptious morsels that are a vacation in your mouth. You haven't tasted a great cake until you've tasted one from Elliegant Cakes!
