Our water pipes froze when the heating system failed. Chuck (Burnersmith) came to review the problem at no charge. His hourly rate was lower than others I had contacted. He replaced multiple burst pipe parts in kitchen and bathrooms. He arrived on time, worked steadily, was pleasant to be with and the pipes have not leaked since the repairs. We are fully satisfied. Perhaps I should give 5 stars, but for me 4 stars means excellent. I rarely give 5 for anything.

Priceless, a plumber who comes in not only does a beautiful job on installing my 2 bathrooms & oil heating system, cleans up (very neat), calls if he is going to late, thinks outside the box. Everyone loves my bathrooms. Hands down very talented craftsman with reasonable rates.
