Was great!!! Justin was wonderful. We drove 4 hours to look at it. He had it hooked up and ready for use to check it out. Service department knew exactly how to put the hitch on. And walked my husband through the RV. Paper work was ready when they got done . And off we went with our Passport in tow.

THIS IS THE THIRD RV WE HAVE PURCHASED, AND OUR FIRST FROM WANA RV. WE CHIOSE WANA RV FOR SEVERAL REASONS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY WAS THEIR CUSTOMER SKILLS. IT WAS SUCH A PLEASANT BUYING EXPERIENCE, WITH NO PRESSURE WHAT SO EVER, AND THEY WERE A LOCAL DEALER. WANA RV MADE US FEEL COMFORTABLE ALL THE WAY FROM FIRST WALKING ON THE LOT TILL OUR FINAL WALK THROUGH AND PICKING UP OUR UNIT. WE FEEL THAT THE VALUE THAT THEY OFFERED IS SECOND TO NONE. We have taken two trips in our Kodiak 23TT since picking it up. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. I have had an opportunity to use everything on the camper. Other campers at the campgrounds all want a walkthrough and are very impressed with the space and efficiency. They are double impressed when I tell them about how easy it is to purchase through WANARV. I always have to tell them about how nice your guys were and how efficient Patti was. It was indeed a pleasant experience dealing with you and your company.

We really appreciate the way you go above and beyond to treat your customers right. We still think that you offer a great service in the way you work personally with the buyer. We know that you are growing as a dealer and branching out with added members to your sales team, but we like knowing that you are willing and able to communicate directly with us. We appreciate how prompt you are at replying to us through emails, too. We always know that if we need anything, you will reply within the day instead of leaving us waiting for a response. You have definitely earned our highest recommendations with the way you have treated us in our search for the perfect camper. We are really thrilled with our Zinger; we think this time we finally hit it right! The layout of this unit is ideal for our family - it is just so roomy and that makes a huge difference when you experience less than ideal weather...something that can be counted on in Indiana! We love that we can all be in the camper stretched out watching a movie, playing games and coloring at the table or- as the boys were this morning- racing cars across the floor and still be able to move around without being in one another's way. We even have room for our latest addition to the family- Levi, our Boston Terrior puppy. His cage has a great spot sitting on the floor beside the door to our bedroom- out of the way but still close to where everything is going on. On top of all the great room to move, we are thrilled with all the storage this camper offers. Jeremy has ample room to store all of his necessities in the outside storage area while I have cabinets to spare inside! We could easily bring along everything we need for a week long vacation and still have space to spare; even though Jeremy says I bring along everything that's not nailed down from home. We just couldn't be happier! Thanks for all you have done and know that we tell everyone about your excellent service. We know that dealers like you are a rare find from stories we hear from our camping friends and family members. Thanks for giving us nothing but good to share! We will come your way when and if our family outgrows the Zinger.

Just a note to say how much we appreciated your helpfulness in the purchase of our 5th wheel RV. It was a pleasure doing business with you. It was a little unnerving purchasing such a large item over the internet, but after communicating with you, by e-mail and phone, we quickly gained confidence and trust. The trailer was all that we expected and more. Thank you for the extra effort you put into making sure that "all our ducks were in a row" to cross the border into Canada. In our dealings with Wana RV, we had occasion to work with, and/or talk to, Keaton, JoLisa, Justin, Gary, Brian and Kerry. Without exception they were all a pleasure to do business with, meaning, if you sent an email, you got a response right back. If you called with a question, you got an answer. I want to single out Kerry (Service manager), as he was the one that we probably worked the most with. He initially took us through our trailer and was there for us a day or two later to answer any questions we had. He could not have been more pleasant. Especially on the second visit, while he patiently answered questions that were quite likely covered in our "Owner's Manual". Then while touring Michigan we decided that it might be advantages to get an awning over the slide out, like you often see on more expensive RV's. So on our second visit to the area, we arranged to get one through Kerry. We dropped our trailer off mid-day and Kerry had it back to us first thing the next day. You can't beat that.

When we arrived at the shop to meet our new fifth wheel, we were glad to see that it was inside your facility, out of the cold, and all set up and ready for us. The Service Dept was very patient and knowledgeable about the various features of our Forest River Rockwood 8289WS and showed us the controls and buttons for slide outs, furnace, air conditioning, fridge, stove, awnings, etc. We appreciated the professionalism shown to us by the Sales Dept, and also the rest of the staff we met. We not only fell in love with our new unit at first sight, but are also pleased that we could not find fault with the workmanship and quality of our new home. Once again we would like to thank Wana RV for your exceptional customer service and follow through.

The finished unit is far better than we expected. On the way home, we would sit and look at the exceptional workmanship displayed in the cabinets, the outstanding design, and the very good craftsmanship throughout. The persons that did the caulking should be commended, they did an exceptional job. Wherever a joint exists, there is a very thin caulk line without any overlap.

Just wanted to share this, we bought a Passport travel trailer from you a few months back.It was for lady in the circus in Australia & she wanted it to stand out, she had it done in a hot pink vinyl wrap.It sure does stand out!
