Moved to Shippensburg area about 2 months ago from Gettysburg and I must say this business has put a bad taste in my mouth. We wanted a local business to provide us with new flooring throughout our home so we went with this business. Well the PR communication is terrible. We had carpet installed which we were very pleased with. We also had linoleum installed in 3 rooms this we were not pleased with. Not having any previous knowledge what we were to do in prepping for the installation, well need I say we were not pleased at all. It has been over 4 weeks in which the new flooring was installed and as per our contract we were to get 2 throw rugs made with the left over material, well we are still waiting! This business does not follow through with its customers as they say they will, no phone calls are placed as they tell us they will call. I hope being new to this area that other businesses will not leave a bad impression as Richardson's has on us.
