      Escape to Yoga is a premier yoga studio located in Historic Old Town Sherwood offering fun, approachable yoga instruction to individuals of all levels of experience and physical ability. We offer Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, and Restorative yoga classes along with a lineup of exciting, calorie-blasting cardio and sculpting classes. Our teachers are talented, certified fitness instructors and each have their own special style and passion that adds variety to your Escape to Yoga experience. At Escape to Yoga, we are especially fond of beginners and hope you will come in and give our classes a try.
