These people are a shady locksmith company and two hole in the wall guys came out to unlock my car. they did not have a letter head on the reciept there for i did not get to recieve my reinbursement from my insurance company. they ignored my phone calls as well. BAD BUSINESS NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE FYI JUST A WARNING!!!!!!!!

So thankful!!!! My husband accidentally locked our keys and one year old in the car this evening (luckily it was cool) and they were there in 7 minutes!!! So extremely thankful!!

I locked my keys in my car after a party and called them at 2 a.m. I was worried that they wouldn't really be "24 hours" but they came right away and got the keys out. Apparently my car is extra-theft proof (he showed me in his book that it's rated one of the hardest to open), but he got it open without a problem and was very professional. I would highly recommend them.

I locked my keys in my car after a party. I called this company, and they sent someone right away. I think I was only waiting 10 minutes! The man was really nice and got into my car really fast (which was even better since it was raining). Thankfully I called them instead of relying on campus security!

Highly recommended because my best friend used his service and could not find a better deal anywhere.
I called the office to make sure they accepted c/c.I handed him my debit/c card, locksmith guy keeps going on about, "go get cash at the ATM, I accept CASH".I told him I wanted to use c/card, he said "I have to charge a $5 c/c fee, it would be cheaper for you to go to the ATM" . No one EVER mentioned $5 fee and I was not paying it. He then says he has to +TAX to the bill and I replied NO TAX on SERVICE. He kept going on "why can't you pay with a check, do you not use checks anymore." I realized I was safer, for this RUDE New York lock smith not to have my c/c #'s and went to ATM. The next day on Sunday my son noticed the rubber gasket was torn on the top of my year & a half old truck, where he had his tools. Monday, I called and left a message for the owner, STEVE to call me back. I have since left 5 MESSAGES on the answering machine explaining the damage and have had NO response. As an responsible owner, the least he could do would be to call back. This company has HORRIBLE service
