      after 3 months in for Warranty work and insurance, 1st time out siding buckled, leaked water hot water heater plug wasn't plugged and water under tub, coupler came loose and flooded bathroom, never again do I want to use RV Max.

      Purchased a 5th wheel camper and extended warranty...three trips for repairs within warranty period and NOTHING was considered under warranty..RIP OFF!!!!

      Terrible Service!! We thought we would get great service since we purchase our fifth wheel new there. They take weeks to get anything done and then they still don't fix the problems. They lied to us about a pre-existing problem with the camper to get us to buy it and would never correct the problem when brought to their attention. We will certainly check a dealership's service reputation before we buy again.

      took about 6 weeks to do insurance repair job, and even then didn't complete the work as authorized

      Didn't return calls. Wasted weeks waiting for them to get in parts/items, then they said they were sent the 'wrong color'. No follow up or concern over customer satisfaction. Didn't clean after their repair. Allowed the battery to wear out with no concern over charging it, despite 3 days notice of intended pick up time.
