I grew up in Maxwell Taekwondo from the childrens tree in whitesboro up till around 1998. Alinda Maxwell is one of the best instructors around (her multiple state, national, and international ranks show this well) and very personal. Her teaching is above other schools and it shows in the tournaments and belts she produces. Ive picked up my practice again and finding a school that match was difficult to say the least, and my tournament showings with others around the west coast shows the level of martial arts that is tought at her school. High level and a fun instructor that does not have a military style course that scares people more than help them grow. Very appreciative of my time there wish i could of stayed but a life experience stronger than almost anything else i experienced in my development years. thanks and hope more people get the experience....plus she was in the movie Sidekicks how cool is that!!!

Personalized instruction by the TEACHER - what a concept. No contracts, personal attention, attention to detail. Her class is not a belt mill - you will earn your belt. If you just want a belt to hang on the wall, this is not the class for you. She does use asst. instructors but leads most of the class herself. Awesome, honest, dedicated. Generally the lowest fees of any competing class coupled with no contract and personalized instruction. No better place to learn karate.

Very friendly instructor.Mrs. Maxwell is awesome with kids and grown ups alike.Definitely well worth the money
