My husband and I had an opportunity to visit this store the day after Thanksgiving - Black Friday; so it was extremely busy. I tell this to explain the four stars. The time we had to wait on help was about 15 min. Vickie was our service person, and she was kind, thoughtful, and very thorough. During checkout there was a problem with the computer, so it took about 20 to 30 minutes to get checked out. The person who took care of computer difficulties was not there, and though others tried to help complete the transaction they were unable to, but the problem was quickly resolved when the computer personnel returned. Would I use this business again? Absolutely, and I recommend it to friends. One more thing I need to add. Because of the long wait we were not charged for the labor performed of taking the links out of my watch. This Kay's Jeweler's want your business and your satisfaction. We appreciate all the helpful personnel, which make this business.
