Our two Jack and Jen locations in Sherman, TX are dedicated to providing first-rate care for young children. Wonderful place! I went there as a child my oldest goes to "big jacks" and my baby is at "little jacks" the lady who wrote the bad comment is crazy! This place is a safe place with an amazing staff!

The best I went there since I was a baby and I loved it and I still do and im in 6th grade now

My worst nightmare!!! My child went there for four days and at the end of four days had 7 welts on his head, none of which were reported to me. When I asked about them, they said he tripped, or would hit his head on the floor during a tantrum. When asked, they could not provide information regarding what he ate, if he drank any liquids (after explicitly asking them to monitor his fluid intake as the doctor was concerned he was dehydrated), or if he napped at all. Their answer was consistently, I don't know, you would have to ask "so-and-so". When I asked if "so-and-so" was there, they would say no, they already left for the day. I would strongly urge parents to NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE. For your child's sake!
