Mr. Crouse has been out to our place twice, for two different issues, courtesy of our warranty company, and I have been very pleased with his service each time. His service was prompt and he resolved our issues quickly and professionally. Mr. Crouse made the effort to work within the mandates of the warranty company, but went the extra mile to ensure that I was pleased as well. He obtained our replacement parts the very next day, made sure that the parts were exactly what I wanted (he texted me a picture to make sure I liked them before he showed up to install them), and got the work done efficiently. Beside that, I felt very comfortable with Mr. Crouse as a human being, coming into my house with my little children. He is a good, honest, upright person and I would not hesitate to recommend his work to anyone.
