Delayed an hour in waiting room (no biggie) Everyone was nice and courteous UNTIL the MRI technician. She was flat abusive. I have had many catscans and MRIs in my life, but will never return to this place. She did not center me on the table, asked me what type of music, slapped the headphones on my head(literally) with only static, Raised my arms to fix and she started the insertion hitting my arm on the side. She kept going and did not fix anything. I was free on my left side but cramped against the tube on the right. Asked how much longer and a lie of 40 minutes was answered. This was in Feb. and I was not going to say anything until one of my co workers had the same experience. They need to fire this one. I will never go back.

Very caring staff. Fast appt. times. Staff very helpful.
