I would give 5 stars if you would of sent Tim Robbins out one of the first 5 times they came out here to set up and fix the wifi !!! Why in the world it would take that many trips, 5 months and 3 different components to do and make things work like a requested in the first place. The internet was off more than it was on and never fast enough to do what was promised ( which is why I changed providers in the first place back in April. for example in the last 8 weeks the internet was down for 4 of them, Yet I still got charged for the entire month. Anyway after they finally sent someone who knew what they were doing out and fixed, so far I'm quite satisfied....just wished proper and prompt service would of been provided in the first place. thank you very much.
Worst service ever! They have a monopoly in my area. Internet has been down over a week. They have lost two of my tech appointments. Spent two days waiting on them to fix it now they say it's going to be another week. Not to mention it's $90 a month for 6mb! Ridiculous
Ridiculously expensive for what you get. I guess since they're the only company servicing the area, they feel like they can charge whatever they want. I've been paying over $100 per month for just Internet and I only use it for web surfing and Netflix. Also, their service cuts in and out constantly. Would not recommend
we have been cable one customers for over 12 yrs they don't show up for service there tech canceled our appointment and didn't even call .we loose internet 10-15 times a day and you call them and no resolve. horrible company worse thing is they don't even care!

My connection CONSTANTLY drops. The bandwidth is much worse than when I had DSL. Then finding a number to call, was vitually impossible. For the $50.00, I would at least like to be able to stay on-line. TERRIBLE!!!

We were supposed to have cable hooked up wednesday Oct. 16 between 12 and 5 pm. I took off work and waited til 6 pm, no one showed or called like they said they called at 448pm and got no answer. again noone called, I lost time from work and had to reschedule again for Friday between 12 and 5pm. Gonna take off again on friday afternoon and wait to see if I can get cable then.

The absolute worst cable service in the world!!! From the billing dept. that cannot handle someone having two accounts at two addresses, (usually double credits one account and cuts off service to the other if you mail pmts. in same envelope), to TV cable going out completely several times a day... sometimes finally coming back on with no sound to some of the channels for another half hour or so....Just terrible! If it didn't require cutting down hundred year old trees to get a dish, it would already be done!!
