Got real bad service as usual!!! They ask for medical insurance card when they don't even know if they will need it. Used some fake story about a medical diagnosis last year and wanted to charge my medical insurance when the Dr. said nothing about what she claimed. I threw a fit about that and the fitting fee for contacts that I did not know they charged. Thought I try them again and today I waited 2 hours and when I went back there was a sticky saying my insurance would not pay for contacts until October because that was when I ordered contacts last year even though my exam was in August. Could they have not told me that when whoever wrote the note instead of two hours later???? They are rude and very unprofessional and I will be going elsewhere but will be telling everyone I know about the junk they pull.
