  Steamer Cleaners was the featured dry cleaner in Milan, Italy, at the international dry cleaning convention showing excellence and innovation in dry cleaning. Garments are carefully checked for optimal quality in both the cleaning and pressing departments. The professional dry cleaners have over 75 years of combined experience in their industry! Each garment is pretreated and carefully checked before the dry cleaning process begins. Clothes are hand-finished so each part of the garment is wrinkle-free.

• Labels
  Labels are carefully checked for cleaning instructions which explains why Steamer Cleaners is always full of designer labels such as St. John, Emilio Pucci, Georgia Armani, Hugo Boss, Canali, Brioni, Zegna, Monique Lhullier, Vera Wang, Ferragamo, Sue Wong, Valentino, Versace, Dior, Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Prada, Ralph Lauren Black Label, Donna Karan, Tory Burch, Gucci, Dulce & Gabbana, Fendi, Marni, Cegna, Lanvin, Versace, Escada, Halston, Brioni and more. Wedding dresses are never cleaned with other garments. They are carefully checked and pretreated before the dry cleaning process begins. Special buttons are removed before cleaning then put back after the process.

• The hand-detailed and hand-finished pressing takes place before the bride returns to inspect the dress at Steamer.
  The dress is then placed in a beautiful wedding box with special acid- free paper and, if you choose, placed in protective muslin. You may personalize the muslin with your name for a nominal fee. The laundry is done in-house on the second floor of Steamer Cleaners by a dedicated, experienced team. Cuffs, collars and underarms are pretreated before laundering. Pressing is hand-finished in all areas of the shirt and collars have cardboard inserts to prevent unnecessary wrinkling.

• Most of the Steamer team has been in the Steamer Family for over 10 years and the managers have been with Steamer since its inception!
  The lead tailor at Steamer has over 30 years of experience. This is apparent from the Steamer alterations specialities such as the original hem. Jackets are taken in from the shoulders so the style is unchanged around the cuffs. Challenging alterations are a speciality at Steamer. You will see garments in the alterations and dry cleaning departments that have been on such stages as the Academy Awards, Emmy's and the Grammy's. Our staff embraces the Steamer Cleaners' core values of providing excellent customer care. The customer service team is trained extensively in the areas of the care and handling of specific types of materials and garments.

  superior hand-finishing with attention to detail reducing impressions and extending the look and life of the garment.

• Executive customers send their garments from as far away as Santa Barbara and Steamer Cleaners is more than happy to ship garments back to you from anywhere in the United States.
