This by far has to be the WORST service I have ever received. At the beginning of the initial conversation they seem to sell their company very well. They were very polite and assured us that our clients would be reached out to the day the order was placed and for the first few orders each agent would place that was the case. Their work slowly but surely became very half assed. There were many times when I'd call to check status on my order and first it would take them about 5 minutes to locate it then they'd say Tonya was still working on it. Finally I contacted my client to see how the conformation went since it was for the next day (and I had given this particular client about 2 weeks prior) & she still hadn't heard from anyone!! When I called to speak to Tonya about this I was put on hold for about 10 minutes & finally Tonya comes to the line to say my client had been scheduled and I would receive a confirmation shortly. I then contacted my client to see if they had confirmed and she stated they had just called her for the FIRST time about 5 minutes ago. I have NEVER heard of such service!! I have never given them another order or anyone in my agency & the no shows have been less than ever before and my clients are much happier since they actually hear from someone. I don't understand how they are still in business. I'm 100% sure that our agency is not the only one they do this to.
