David and his worker was very professional and got the job done. The service they provide would be, of course more beneficial to someone who does have allergies. My main concern was for the air conditioning unit to work more efficiently.

David was very prompt in returning our call and coming out to provide service. He was considerate, friendly and very professional. He completed the job in a timely manner and we won't hesitate to call him should we need service in the future.

Two years ago, our family moved into a brand new home that was located in a new gated community. Shortly after we moved in, we discovered that an unusual amount of dust was collecting inside of our house. The construction company came out several different times. They kept telling us that our vents were clean and that we were crazy, despite the major health concerns that we were having. So we took matters into our own hands, and after speaking to a hand full of greedy air duct companies, we found Dr. Air Care. He came out for free and quickly zeroed in on the problem... The construction company that built our home had been running the ventilation system while they worked in our house, causing the blower in our furnace to get caked with dust. Dr. Air Care cleaned out our blower and improved our air quality a hundred fold. Thank you Dr. Air Care for not only educating us and being honest, but for also providing our family with a safe and healthy environment.

They called the afternoon before the appointed time to ask if they could come then instead. Which I agreed with. The two men were outstanding in their completion of a difficult task as access to my townhouse dryer vent is difficult and requires moving the washer/dryer combination out of a small closet. They were polite and cheerful through the whole procedure. The only question I have now is when I will receive the filter ordered for my heating/air conditioning units. I will definitely use them in the future.
