Bmw emergency roadside assistance called them in order to assist me. I didn't know if my battery was dead and I needed a jump or a tow. I wanted to cover all over, so Sherman Oaks Towing can do both. It took them about 35 minutes to get to where I was. I called the dispatch office after waiting 10 minutes, and they let me know exactly how much longer I need to wait, and even provided me with the exact location of the driver. The girl on the phone and the tow truck operator were very friendly and professional. I didn't get any creepy, and offensive vibes from them and I'm usually sensitive to skeevy people. I have to be thankful to Bmw for contracting with an honest roadside assistance service and of course Sherman Oaks Towing, you are great

I had to tow my Cadillac for about 4 miles. From the mall in Woodman to the dealership. I had some mechanical issues with the computer so car won't start. I contacted my insurance company to get a tow truck for me. I don't know how, and where did they find the guys from Towing in Sherman Oaks The tow truck driver called me like 10 minutes before his arriving to confirm my exact location at the mall. Hernandez the driver from Towing in Sherman Oaks was super friendly. He showed his professionalism by explaining me verbally each one of his moves. It took him only few minutes to complete the job. Very impressive service. I had to jump start my cousins vehicle. I tried it with my vehicle but it wasn't strong enough, we had to use a tow truck. We called AAA but their arrival time was too long for over an hour. We called this guys, our help arrived 25 minutes after. Yes, AAA are cheaper but saving my time costs money. Thank You
